Web Page Advertisement Regulations:
- Above rates are effective as of November 01, 2006. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Banner or Ad Box is to be prepared by customer. (See samples above for sizes in pixels. File must be of type GIF or JPG and less than 40 KB "banner" or less than 20 KB"adbox"). If the Web Ad is to be produced by the CAPA organization there will be an extra charge and will be quoted on per job basis. Web link address is to be provided by Customer.
- Advertising Cost must be PAID IN ADVANCE by Check or Money Order payable to CAPA. please call us at: (613) 945-6600 ext 3631. Your banner will appear within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
- Cancellation and Refund: Request to cancel an on-line Ad will be processed within 5 working days. CAPA will refund any pre-paid Ad if it is still effective for one month or more. The refund is based on the Pro-Rated Month-to-Month basis (Ex: You place an Ad for 5 months and later decide to cancel after it has been on line for 1 month and 3 days, you will be refunded for 3 months only.)
- Change of banner during the advertising period is subject to a $10 pre-paid surcharge.
- Advertiser is responsible for the content, services and products advertised.
- CAPA reserves to right to refuse any advertisement.
